Your Fellowship Experience
The SDoH Solutionary® Fellowship is designed to move beyond simply understanding the social determinants of health.
Throughout the 12-week experience, you will strengthen your ability to recognize the conditions shaping health, reflect across systems and lived experiences, and translate ideas into context-responsive solutions.
Through Solutionary Translation (ST), scenario-based learning, reflection, and applied practice, you will learn to bridge theory and practice across environments, populations, and systems.
A Note About Fellowship Completion
Enrollment confirms your place in the Fellowship.
Successful completion of required Fellowship activities is necessary to receive the SDoH Solutionary in Residency Certificate of Completion and any other completion-based recognition associated with your selected enrollment pathway.
