SDoH Solutionary® Immersive Fellowship
Program Overview
The SDoH Solutionary® Immersive Fellowship is a first-of-its-kind, project-based experience for professionals, students, and changemakers who are committed to addressing the non-medical factors that shape health, aging, and community well-being. Rooted in our core SDoH Solutionary Framework, the fellowship explores five domains: Intragenerational Mobility, Intergenerational Equity, Soul Care, Community Networks, and Virtual Neighborship. Participants develop transformative projects, engage with interdisciplinary mentors, and gain the tools to lead upstream interventions in their field.
