The SDoH Solutionary® Fellowship is seeking a Recruitment & Partnerships Partner to support learner outreach, strategic relationship building, and enrollment growth for an emerging interdisciplinary fellowship focused on the future of social determinants of health.
This role is ideal for a relationship-centered professional who understands how to connect individuals and organizations with meaningful educational opportunities. The Recruitment & Partnerships Partner will help expand awareness of the fellowship, cultivate aligned partnerships, and guide prospective learners through the enrollment journey.
The ideal candidate understands both professional credibility and community connection. We are especially interested in individuals with healthcare, public health, nonprofit, workforce development, education, or community engagement experience who are passionate about people-centered learning and systems-informed impact.

Position Responsibilities

Support recruitment and enrollment efforts for fellowship and designation programs

Conduct outreach to prospective learners, referral partners, and aligned organizations

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare-adjacent organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits, workforce development groups, and community networks

Identify partnership and referral opportunities aligned with the fellowship mission

Respond to inquiries from prospective learners and partners in a professional and timely manner

Guide prospective learners through the application and enrollment process
-
Encourage application completion and enrollment follow-through

Assist with information sessions, webinars, and virtual engagement opportunities

Maintain organized outreach, partnership, and enrollment tracking systems

Collaborate with program leadership on recruitment strategies, visibility efforts, and community engagement opportunities

Provide insight into recurring learner questions, interests, and engagement trends
Required Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
-
Experience in outreach, recruitment, partnership development, healthcare engagement, education, workforce development, nonprofit engagement, or community-based work

Ability to communicate professionally with individuals, organizations, and institutional partners

Comfortable conducting outreach through email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and community networking

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to work independently in a flexible remote environment

Alignment with the values of community-centered, interdisciplinary, and human-focused learning
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, social work, education, communications, nonprofit leadership, business, or a related field preferred

Existing professional or community relationships within healthcare, education, nonprofit, workforce, or community-based ecosystems
-
Familiarity with social determinants of health, community health, patient advocacy, care navigation, workforce development, or interdisciplinary learning environments
-
Experience in admissions, enrollment management, continuing education, learner engagement, partnership development, or community outreach
-
​Clinical, healthcare-adjacent, or community leadership experience strongly valued
Compensation
This is a contract-based, commission-supported role with flexible scheduling.
